Thermal ageing rules
The VSOP Classic body is made of thermally aged alder. The bolt-on neck is made of thermally aged maple. Read more about thermal ageing here. You can choose the fretboard wood species from our familiar options: rosewood, ebony, thermally aged arctic birch and thermally aged maple.
