3. Products and Pricing
All product prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that all information is completely free of errors.
4. Ordering
Orders are placed through our webshop. Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Payment
We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers. Available payment methods include credit/debit cards, online banking, and other options as listed at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within Finland and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier service issues or customs procedures.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or special-order products are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
8. Warranty & Liability
Our products come with a warranty as required by Finnish consumer protection laws. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made by the customer.
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or business disruptions caused by defective products or delayed deliveries.
